Welcome to Tenzed Tech LLP ("Tenzed", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services.

01Services Provided

Tenzed Tech LLP provides global IT consulting, custom software development, mobile application development, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services.

The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for our services will be outlined in separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Agreements signed by both parties.

02User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal, unauthorised, or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or data.
• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information through our contact forms or job applications.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

03Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

The content, design, branding, and source code of our website and internal tools are the exclusive property of Tenzed Tech LLP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for custom software development services as outlined in the respective Service Agreement, the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, subject to any retained rights in pre-existing core technologies or open-source components explicitly mentioned in the agreement.

04Payment & Billing

• Payment terms for projects will be specified in the individual Service Agreement or Invoice.
• All invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement.
• Tenzed reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received on time.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the client.

05Mobile Applications (Google Play & App Store)

If you download our applications from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store:

• You must comply with the respective store's terms and conditions.
• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal or internal business purposes.
• We may push automatic updates to the application to ensure security and performance.

06Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenzed Tech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Tenzed Tech LLP for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

07Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services and website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free.

08Third-Party Links and Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp, AWS, Google Cloud). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

Project-specific termination conditions will be governed by the respective Service Agreement between Tenzed and the client.

10Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
